Team will most likely be announced tomorrow evening.
I’d go with following team, presuming Justy is still injured:
- Morgan
- McCrory
- McNamee
- McCarron
- McNabb
- Joe McMahon
- Harte
- Colm Cavanagh
- Sean Cavanagh
- Tiernan McCann
- Mattie Donnelly
- McShane
- Bradley
- Niall McKenna
- McAliskey
I think it’s highly unlikely Niall McKenna will get a start but I’d really like to see him get a run in there, he was going very well up until his injuries. I think McShane is better out round the middle of the pitch and we really need Sean Cavanagh there which leaves us lacking in a target man option in the full forward line.
Hopefully the weather is good, Tyrone are very much a summer footballing team. The qualifiers are very much about just getting wins in the bag, you don’t want to be peaking right now, you want to be saving that for the month of August onwards.

I wonder could we tempt Gormley out of retirement?
I think we’ll go with the same team for Sligo again this week. I’d like to see Paudie McNulty in midfield and Donnelly freed up for the half forward line but nobody really deserves to be dropped from last week. Hopefully Justy and Mickey O’Neill will be back soon.

McCarron out but Justy back in the squad which is a good thing, hopefully McCarron’s injury isn’t too serious and he’ll be available the following weekend, we will need him.
Tickets got.
I will be attending this along with The Border Bull and Earthworm Jim.
The giant foam red hand will be dusted off and The Auld Triangle will be hit for few pre-match points. Really going to stick to those Mayo cunts after I was abused and verbally accosted during our 2013 All Ireland semi-final clash. The whole of Ulster will be with Donegal for that one.
I’m also just expecting the one change for the team named this evening with McCarron coming in for Brennan. I do however have an inkling that Justy may come into the team before throw in.

McCarron back in for Brennan as expected. No McShane on the bench this time round, Lee Brennan also included in the squad with Peter Hughes the other man to drop out from the 26.

Think that’s the 1-15 from the last day. There’s been no word from camp on whether Drew will start. It’d be hard to drop any of the back 12 from Ulster Final Day. Owen Duff/Malone would be the 2 most susceptible to the cut, but i think we’ll go like that from the start.
Now to look into the cuntin GAAGO yoke
Malachy O’Rourke sticking to the first XV he named?
I know. Unheard of. There’s no outstanding case to drop anyone. Was disappointed with the use of our bench v Donegal. Would like to think holding Gollogly, Wylie, dick and McGuinness in reserve will see us finish a lot stronger than 3 weeks ago.
Could be a big day for McAnespie, given his strong tyrone connections.
What relation is Ryan McAnespie to Aidan again?

The back 12? That’s fairly defensive minded football.
Is it safe to say this is make or break for Tyrone today mate?
I’m convinced we have rediscovered our famous Tyrone swagger, this is the day where I find out if my conviction is misplaced. I’m confident though, I’m supremely confident and excited - I fully believe whoever wins today will win the All Ireland this year.
