McGuigan didn’t show anything to suggest he was good enough in the chances Harte gave him. Few more lads have make or break years ahead of them this year.
Clarke looks to be a good bit leaner, hopefully he can make some progress this year.
Harte had some interesting things to say regarding Joe McMahon and his need to get up to the fitness levels ASAP.
McGeary starts ahead of Munroe.

O’Fiach Cup Champions - unreal.
Decent effort from the Louth U21 side.
Conor Clarke is ready to stake his claim for a return to the Tyrone starting XV.
The Omagh clubman has endured 18 frustrating months since suffering a hamstring injury in June, 2014, but played both games as the Red Hands captured the O Fiaich Cup this month.
“I had two full games week on week there,” he told The Irish News. "You always can improve. I will take training over the winter and just go for it, don’t hold back.
"I have nothing to hold me back now and I have a good run at it, through the McKenna Cip and into the league.
"It hurt a lot at the end of last year, coming back in trying to get up to speed with the lads, and the lads were so far ahead. I suppose in my head I felt I should have been further on, but that wasn’t the reality of it.
"A lot of it became personal and it was in my head that it had to be built back up, that the knee was weak. It wasn’t really weak; it was stronger after the surgery.
“It was a matter of getting out of the wee bubble that I was in and forgetting about the knee. Do more on mobility, on agility and speed, try to get back to where I started on the seniors.”

Pitch seems to be pretty wet, not much in the way of scores from play for Tyrone in the first half.
The bench looks very strong today.

Did the keeper bottle any frees?
He scored one, Lee Brennan seemed to have being tasked with the long range efforts today so he presumably only took over duties when Brennan came off.

Tyrone v Fermanagh
Cavan v Derry
5 wins in 5 so far in the early season for Tyrone, new lads seem to be going really well, Hugh Pat McGeary was named MOTM tonight.
I was making out that we currently have 9 players out at the minute
Rory Brennan and McNamee with UUJ
Meyler and Conall McCann with Mary’s
Colm Cavanagh on his honeymoon
Tiarnan McCann, Joe McMahon, McNabb and Niall McKenna injured
The lads with the unis should link up with the squad and be available for Sunday. I wonder if we’ll add anyone else from the uni sides to the team. Last year Conall McCann joined the panel very much under the radar after Marys were dumped out, Conan Grugan and Frank Burns are both with UUJ and would be the most likely.
Preparation seems to be going well though.
Is he in the states/Mexico? D Hughes is on the honeymoon there too; I’ve seen a few snapchats of the pair of them in great form. I don’t know how the lads managed to pull that one off.
Vegas.
Team to play Fermanagh tomorrow.
