There was an article there on CorkBeo that he left his phone and wallet in the jeep. Doesn’t say anything about the keys.Speculating that he must have taken a spin off with somebody.

It’s eight cows. I assume the family have bigger distractions/things to deal with than tending to 8 cows up on craggy rocks.

As you know being a farmer, cows are a lot of work.
Also a sign that money might have been tight.
If he only had eight cows, he probably had only just bought them for the spring.
I’d say they were needed to fulfill cap conditions and get payments

I’ve seen this mentioned elsewhere. If there were any truth in that (and maybe you have some intel that’s not in the public domain) wouldn’t said individual not have been arrested/questioned by now under the 48hrs they’re allowed to question someone? We must be over two weeks in now
