Missing People In Ireland

He’ll be lying down for all eternity…

A new level of inane banter has just emerged

Fuckin hell Runt that is dreadful. Fuck off to bed and try again in the morning. Only a simpleton would find that level of inanity amusing.

I will bow to your superior knowledge on inanity.

It can’t always be summer.

Did Ned have tae on the bog before speaking to the media?

Suicide is painless…

A cave diver is missing in Clare this morning after going diving in an inland cave yesterday. Supposedly there’s 52m of water in the cave. I’d presume that’s 52m long rather then deep. He picked the roughest day of the year to go diving anyway.

Thinks its closer to Gort TRE…

He had enough oxygen for a few hours so not looking good for him.

Ya the radio report said he should have surfaced before 9 last night. Strange that he’d go on his own. A diver went down looking for him but found no trace.

That rescue diver did find a few bottles of oxygen at the end of the cave though.

Wouldnt surprise me if cave was 52m deep either. The underground geology around these parts is fully of massive underground caverns and rivers that run very close to the surface.

Golden rule of diving. Always have a buddy

Didn’t somebody post a link to a cave divers blog here recently enough? Sounds like a mental passtime

It’s 52m deep alright.

Body found this evening at the very back of the cave. He was a Polish man.

Thats an exceptionally dangerous sport, utter madness to go on your own.

Then again, a 21 year old was cut in half by a shark in Western Aus in placid water by the beach at the weekend, you just don’t know when you’re times up.

Strange case with that camogie player missing in the North.
She captained Ballycastle to win the All Ireland sevens on Saturday, but her car was found outside the camogie club on Monday morning and she hasn’t been seen since.

Skeletal remains found by walkers

Sunday January 08 2012

Skeletal remains have been found by hill walkers in the Dublin Mountains.

The grim discovery was made at around midday by a group in the Slieve na mBan Og area.

Gardai in Tallaght are investigating the circumstances of the human remains.

The scene has been preserved for a technical examination by forensic officers.

The Office of the State Pathologist has also been informed.

Gardai said it is too early to link the remains with any missing person

Body found on the Mull of Kintyre a few days later.

Hopefully this will put some very sad case to bed and some poor family will get some closure.
