Missing People In Ireland

Can’t imagine what it must be like to deal with this any time of year, let alone Christmas.

Surprised this wasn’t mentioned on this thread

She had about 3 AKA’s as had the boyfriend, WTF was their deal?

Did a legger from the uk to avoid social services

Informative. Lucky they’re not Muslim or project x would have them drowned in the morning, the scraggy wee shits.

Mentioned it in the weird news stories when they went “missing”. Had all the hallmarks of a witness protection case.

One missing persons case has been solved after they found the chap that went missing around Cork over Christmas in a slurry pit last night. They’re ruling out foul play but seems totally bizarre. He had been on a night out with his partner when he went missing and didn’t return home. That alone is strange, unless he said he was going off to meet mates. But then they found his phone on a nearby farm to where his body was found, but no other trace of him there. So he’s dropped and lost his phone and stumbles onto the next farm where he then falls into the slurry pit. Very weird stuff all round.

The body found in the slurry pit on a county cork farm has been identified as Diarmuid Twomey who had been missing since before Christmas.

_It is suspected that the 31-year-old tripped and fell into the pit. _

The body was removed from the pit in Rahaniskey, north of Cork city last night.

Gardaí were called at around 4.30pm after a farmer found human remains when he was draining a slurry pit on his farm.

The discovery was made close where a mobile phone belonging to a man missing since before Christmas was found.

Mr Twomey had been missing since 20 December after a night out with his partner.

Using breathing apparatus, members of the fire brigade managed to recover the unidentified remains last night.

An initial examination was carried out on the scene before the body was brought to Cork University Hospital.

She should be locked up for withholding that info

Not buying it.

Go on…

I wonder was this lady a child herself when this incident happened?

Its all too neat to pin it on the dead paedo. If, as alleged that Cooke and cairns knew each other how come the cops weren’t up at arbour hill every day questioning Cooke?

Also the timing of the story I.e. after close off business on a Friday looks suspiciously like an attempt to push a lot of negative gardai stories from the week off the front pages of the weekend papers

I’m not at all sure about this, and it’s an emotive and sensitive subject, but his previous convictions were for offences against female children. Would this make the abduction of a little boy less likely?
I’m not sure whether paedophila is gender specific?
Edit, I’ve just asked someone who knows a bit about this, and she says it does indeed tend to be gender specific, so a pervert with an interest in raping little girls would not tend to have a predilection for little boys.
That story is awful on every level.

This is the Gardaí you’re talking about here. When Annie McCarrick’s parents came over from America they went straight to Dun Laoighre Garda station to report their daughters disappearance. The Garda behind the desk couldn’t find a piece of paper so he took the info down on his hand! These lads wouldn’t track an elephant through snow.

More detail on this is the Independent today.

Gardai were questioning Cooke in the weeksecond before his death. Was his death reported as ‘suspicious’?

What?

I’d imagine the auto correct put Indonesia in instead of independent. Why Indonesia is a regularly used word on @croppy_boy s phone is anybody guess…
