I’ve thought that from the start. There’s definitely something a bit simple about him but I just think he seemed to be telling the truth and he’s courting the limelight a lot for a fella whose guilty. Now obviously that could work the other way but the case isn’t getting much press coverage other than him keeping it in the limelight

I heard his father was a gravedigger and part time gardener though.
He’s not coming across as innocent, he’s trying to portray himself as the perfect partner in a long term relationship with a woman with mental health issues. He’s saying she was volatile and he was always passive. He alludes to her slagging him off for being laid back.
I don’t think he did it but he seems to be enjoying the ordeal a little bit too much.
