Thats the bit that stands out as odd… I am not sure this guy is completely out of the picture yet.
phone call records, masts info, app info are all coming into play here as they try and piece together if she called a taxi etc…
Cities in UK are covered with CCTV - they probably have seen her leave his place
her handbag has been found dumped in a park
Fairly shitty situation that doesn’t look like ending well unfortunately.
Odd that she would walk straight out of a niteclub without her jacket and not even send one of her friends a quick text to tell them she was off to your mans gaff.
Wouldn’t say that the lad who allegedly brought her back to his place would be completely in the clear yet…
Anyway it’s an awful situation for the family. Worst nightmare stuff. Hope it all ends well.

Who drives a bird home from a night club, does the job & lets her walk home? This fucker is not to be trusted.
Maybe he was asleep. I know I would be.
At 4am you’d surely at least say to her “I’ll ring you a taxi” rather than let her walk across town on her own. Even offer her a lift home himself if he had already driven her back from the niteclub to his gaff.
I’m still suspicious about this cunt.

She was apparently afraid of taxis. Odd.
A park has now been sealed off in Glasgow, doesn’t sound positive.
Area behind the lad’s gaffe also cordoned off

This is a terrible story. The poor parents, 2 evenings ago they were at home and now dropped into this.
Maybe they’ve been watching the excellent Gillian Anderson in The Fall and have learned that if they monitor the suspect, there’s a good chance he could lead them to any potential body.
From reading between the lines in various news reports this morning, it’s obvious this guy is the number one suspect.
Talks of him owning a grey/sliver car and the police had previously issued an appeal for information about the movement of a grey/sliver car spotted acting suspiciously in a remote area outside the city on Monday morning.

Looks like a Jill Meagher type case.
