More Rugby Shame

3 years is still tasty enough particularly for a nan his age

I know nothing about it tbh but I was surprised when I heard it.

Thereā€™s a high likelihood that Bren will be let off after 12 months for good behaviour after bringing the whole prison together via tag rubby.

what will he serve?

I repeat what a ray of talent and skill he had in a time when we hadnt much of it on the rugger front

Emilio Estevez would be great in that.

This outcome serves nobody

I agree. Unlike that cunt Drum at least Mullin faced the music. Iā€™d say the same about that other lad from Anglo whoā€™s dead now. His name escapes me but he stuck around as well.

And paid back the money

Reading between the lines BOI didnā€™t really cooperate fully with the case. They probably started the case to put pressure on Mullin and then had no stomach to follow it through. Iā€™d imagine Mullin has enough pals left in Dublin circles who would have lobbied on his behalf

Itā€™s very harsh for a relatively small amount of money

Lads are going soft in their old age; if this trial was in the middle of the recession ye would want him hung, drawn and quartered

Brendan is still too pretty for jail.

I read somewhere earlier that Brennie had no background in banking but BOI made him head of Private Client Banking.

Thatā€™s what I canā€™t figure. He took fcuk all, and paid it back. The others mentioned, and scores more, took millions and millions, and lied, obfuscated, exported and debunked and all walking around free. Itā€™s not right.

He probably shouldnā€™t have pleaded not guilty
