It was a no win situation. Put on a hape of prawn sandwiches and salads etc and you’d get some bullshit tweet as to how the taxpayer had to fork out, thousands. This cunt probably rang the wife and said he was sorted for dinner. Fuck him. He can order his spice box on the way home.

Yeah but most likely whoever has the catering contract is responsible for that. Someone fucked up somewhere by not double-checking whatever was going to be laid out. But it’s not like there was a decision made by the organising team that spicy wedges and sausages were the way to go.
