I suppose as a counter point, Courts and medics are not infallible. An issue is that the medics cant exactly say what the disease is. so it’s not to say that the Italian medics couldn’t diagnose or the trip on the air ambulance may actually kill the child.

its not black and white either way, especially when you consider the aysha king case.

the main thing about this case is that a lot of money that has been pissed up against a wall in litigation fees could’ve been properly directed at treating sick kids and that’s on both sides IMHO.

I think it’s a fair bit more black and white than you’re portraying there.

There is virtually nobody with any credibility, certainly medical credibility arguing that the child should be transported to Italy.

The child is suffering. It’s not even close to being fair to prolong that so conspiracy theorists can pursue some crazy agenda about the NHS.

But the hysteria around the case is genuinely frightening in its ignorance and vitriol.

I’m just grateful that TFK is not populated by half wits with half baked opinions.
