After @Cheasty 's comment in another thread, i began to ponder this matter.
My submission would be Dalkey.
Overpriced and full of cunts.

Wexford
Moycullen. Prone to gorse fires, regular road deaths, full of cunts, expensive housing and predominantly Protestant.
Terenure.
Ridiculously priced, horrific traffic with only buses for public transport.
Village is pretty dead. Doesn’t have the sea in comparison to the likes of Blackrock.
The fucking gic
Huh?
If you have the money to live there Dalkey is not overrated. You’re on the DART, it’s a proper village and there are great walks and a great GAA club, and Des Cahill.
Killiney Hill and Howth Hill are overrated in that beyond the status attached to them they’re objectively shit places to live, they’re up a hill miles away from town and away from public transport and shops. The neighbours are likely to be obnoxious. Even if you have a good view, who wants to live on a hill overlooking the sea? The whole point of great views is that you have to make an effort to go and see them. If you get out of the scratcher needing a shite and see Bray Head and the Sugar Loaf over the jacuzzi through the window of your ostentatiously wrong facing jacks, where do you go to see some scenery? Cherry Orchard?
Plenty of people.
Local pub is like a morgue
nickname for terenure rugby

Bizarre. The price of property overlooking the sea is much higher all over the world because so many people want to live there.
Also howth is a fabulous place for walks. Brilliant mix of scenery and terrain and flora. You really havent thought about this.
+1. Whenever I’m stuck at those shitty traffic lights in the middle of the village I always think to myself that I’d hate to live there. Miles away from everything as well. Bradys is supposed to be a decent boozer although I’ve never been in there.
Bradys a grand spot for food
There’s a few grand pubs in Terenure, but you’d be going past better pubs to get to them
Terenure Inn grand for a pint as is Vaughans
You require a cage to live there. Hard pass.
They’re posh favelas.
It’s shit.
The bar in the Terenure Inn used to be an excellent pub - not sure if that’s still the case,
Its got a dart and a bus that goes all around the loop of howth
