The dude driving on the outside lane at 90 km/h is committing an offence and is liable for the princely sum on one penalty point. Dangerous overtaking, however, is worth 3 penalty points.
Driving at 90 km/h or slower in the outside lane of a motorway is not legal.
The dude on the outside lane sounds line the type of cunt who’d never be in an accident but would be the cause of plenty of em.

I stayed well under the speed limit throughout this episode. I was behind him for a good minute or so. I gave him every chance to pull in

Personal responsibility. I was careful. A calculated risk. Me staying behind him could have caused a slight tail back. Then someone else would undertake a few cars. Greater possibility of an accident.
Whatever about motorways the number of lads who cannot drive on roundabouts is ridiculous. They need to run some driving ads again
