Putrid shit.
What about
Iâve tried maintain my support for Munster for many months now despite the problems that clearly lie both on and off the pitch but I fear Saturday may have been the straw that finally broke the camels back.
Anthonyâs heart failed him, donât let his beloved province fail him too.
You can pick away at individual lines all you like, but I donât think Limerick hurling supporters are in much of a position to throw stones at the supporters of other sports teams about loyalty and/or personal abuse of coaches/managers, and that also goes for Cork, Clare and Waterford supporters.
Iâm not saying anything about him abusing the manager. Just pointing out the hypocrisy of saying everyone needs to get behind Munster for the love of Foley when he was abandoning Munster for the hatred of Foley only 10 months ago.
Even better here. This lad can flip flop with the best of them

This is the only activity we have seen on the Munster Rugby Supporters Club Facebook page since the game for example. It looks like even they have given up.
Anthony Foley has been in front of a camera after an embarrassing defeat several times now. Not once has he given the fans some worthwhile answers. He completely avoids the tough questions, has not once but his hand up to say perhaps he got it wrong and ends up giving us the same old generic answers about next week, character, didnât do enough etc. No shit Anthony. No shit Munster werenât good enough. Weâve heard you say that last week, and the week before. What are you going to do about it we ask? Where do the problems lie? What do Munster need to work on. Credit to CJ Stander who is the man normally fed to the wolves so to speak when it comes to post-match interviews. Always honest, always looks heartbroken. Anthony Foley could learn a lot from the South African.

Is there anything in his posts on social media or elsewhere that shows i) that he âhatedâ Foley or ii) actually did stop supporting the team?

Yes
Yes
WellâŚdonât leave me hanging.
In clare no doubt.
Unfortunate last two sentences.
The virtues of social media are really extolled during times like this. It would sicken you how every large, right down to miniscule media pages, attach themselves to a tragedy or death for nothing more than a few hits⌠Then thereâs the sheep. Christ, I hate people.
Has all of this media coverage gone too far now⌠Donal Lenihan saying they should retire the number 8 jersey for rest of season. Heâs not a current player FFS sake. Thereâs what seems to be live blogging by the national papers of the manâs funeral.
Rte showing highlights of the 2006 rugby final on Saturday now.
In memory of Anthony Foley, RTĂ2 will screen a one-hour highlights programme of the 2006 Heineken Cup final between Munster and Biarritz this Saturday at 6.25pm.
Christ above.
that would be a wonderful gesture
Very true Sid.
Alot of lads here are contradictong themselves far worse for years.
Coaching and playing are completely different.
It would be great to see a stand at Thomand Park renamed after Axel
Or the cork-limerick motorway.

You like us though and we are people.
Or âAxleâ as 95fmâs head of sport kept calling him on Twitter
He wouldnât like you if he met you in real life. In fact, heâd probably challenge you to a duel at the peopleâs park
