Munster Rugby - We DID start the fire (Part 1)

Well you know before the game went professional, there was a saying. "Thereā€™s only two places in the world where youā€™ll get your place on a rugby team because if how good you are,not because of who you are. Wales and Limerick "

New Zealand, I think.

Possibly. But the father always told me twas Wales

Relax. Youā€™ll be celebrating another red win tomorrow

Are you a purist?

Watching a full rugby game where you already know the final score sounds like something theyā€™d make prisoners do if they werenā€™t cooperating

Munster will win it out this year.

There is an Istanbul 2005 vibe to them this year. Itā€™s destiny.

Iā€™m not sure any of those blocks/tackles were illegal though. Not much class from Murray at the end. He should have been no where near the pitch at that stage though - the Munster Doc is gonna catch some well deserved flak for that

Iā€™d say the munster doc you talking about is the defence coach nienabarā€¦heā€™s a registered physio so spends the game on the line

No point him going to NZ with the loins so if he cant take a bit of roughing up.

Maybe notā€¦but if you decide to target a players standing leg then you can expect a few verbals at least

N9thing would make me happier than him not going on that Lions tour

Itā€™s a graveyard for players careers

A smashing team. Iā€™m enjoying this as much as I did in 04/05. Rassie Erasmus take a bow.

I do appreciate that pal. I do.

Iā€™ve told you many times before Iā€™ve no issue with real rugby men. Itā€™s the Johnny come lately types like @carryharry, @iron_mike and @Matty_Hislop that bug me.

Iā€™m the complete opposite to that pal.

I donā€™t get the problem???

Is it a problem Stoke City has a professional team?

Do West Stoke, Stoke Rovers, Stoke Albion and all the others not get players and coaches anyway and a few hundred to turn up to semi-pro and amateur games?

There is no ā€œproblemā€. Its just a massive readjustme t that happens in all sport.

Massively. Amazing what a change in culture can do.
Alot of home grown lads in important positions now as well which helps. Scannells, Sweetnam and all these lads bring a new bunch of people into the fold.
