Good man. Iâm surprised Munster fans even bother with the later stages of the competition, itâs not like you feature and are just making up the numbers.
Out of interest, what do you do when Ireland play? Hope they lose because 12 or 13 of the team are from Leinster?
Why does it bother Leinster fans so much everybody wants them to lose?
It doesnât bother me exactly, Iâm more wondering why. And not everyone wants us to lose. There are plenty of Munster fans and fans from other provinces who arenât bitter and jealous of our success while they have to look on.

No Iâd cheer wholeheartedly for the same players. Same as I do with the cork hurlers whose clubs I wouldnât be overly fond of

Youâd see a lot of rangers fans cheering on Celtic or man united fans cheering on Man City in games.
Itâs most unusual this gripe Leinster have over not getting nationwide support.
They are so easy to dislike.
There wasnât many Leinster fans cheering for Munster when we were at the top either ffs

I found it very strange.
I used to cheer on Munster in the 2000s when they were doing well and was actually at the 2006 final and wore red for the day.
Things seem to gotten a bit out of hand in recent years.
You were a rare exception so because I lived in Dublin for over a decade and there was massive seethe from any Leinster fans I knew
I was at the 2000, 2002 and 2006 finals supporting Munster. I found it got out of hand about 2005/2006 when Munster fans were sowing it into Leinster with the ladyboys stuff, 2006 semi etc. Worm turned in 2009 and fairly tetchy for a couple of years. Fell off then when there wasnât much contest in it but back a bit again now.
I donât have an issue with Munster fans not supporting Leinster - do what you want. It gets a bit weird when itâs looking to actively provoke a reaction though.

Thatâs an interesting point you make there. I was at the 2006 final with a mate of mine and we actually got a fair bit of grief, lads coming over asking us where we were from, apparently we were keeping tickets from real fans etc. Canât say we were too impressed.
Everyone wants Munster to lose as well. And Ulster.
