Yeah she did. Look Im not anti Munster or rugby but the current revisionism and shite talk around them is silly. I enjoyed the team of the early 2000s was happy to see a few lads I knew doing well and was very happy for the lot of them that they finally won in 06 and 08.
The truth is they had a very large percentage of fans however with no real background, knowledge or even interest in rugby and when things dipped good men like Axel bore the brunt. Now again dont get me wrong, Im well aware the very definition of success means picking up these bandwagoners and quite a few can currently be seen in Limerick green

There was nothing but good will to foley from 99 percent of fans. Youâll always have a few idiots but he probably cared about the whole thing too much but he got dealt an awful hand. So many retirements and so many injuries.
It was o Connell and them who turned on Penney who tried to build something different.
Foley was a coach but never a manager. I just think he got a job he didnât really want. He was dealing with stuff off the pitch he didnât really need to be. It seems similar with Rowntree and why Prendergast shouldnât take the job now.
