Munster Rugby - We DID start the fire (Part 2)

Bleuler got magiced up out of nowhere at a cost of fuck all really

Ehhhhhhhh

He’s been a great signing. They’ll have loughman, Milne and Wycherley in the position so unlikely they’ll be able to keep him with limits on signings and foreign signings. You can’t just keep looking to sign players to solve all your problems.

What was the breakdown of scrum penalties yesterday, I missed the end of the game but I think it was even enough.

It’s like saying the team would be better if they had south Africa’s back row. It’s not realistic. And the talent available is not comparatively far below the level of the rest of the team. If they could keep them all fit for a few months they’d be alright for props.

You can just admit you are wrong. It’s easier some times.

He is leaving.

It’s grand saying we have Wycherly…where is he? Similarly Loughman? Grand having them as names in the squad they are both injured … Il start counting Milne when he is available for selection

It is

Of course they would. When was this last the case. What about the two fellas who should be retired who had to come off the bench to keep the show on the road last nt

As an example if Tom ahern and beirne were starting for Ireland I wouldn’t bat an eye lid.

If Loughnan and archer were I’d be thinking we are guaranteed to lose.

Mike Haley has struggled badly since his return. Although he had a reasonable last 15 minutes last night his handling and general play was poor prior to that. He stunk out the Castres, Ulster and Leinster games as well.

Shane Daly is an option there, as is Billy Burns or Ben O’Connor.

I actually thought the Munster set piece held up well last night. Scannell’s throwing was better, albeit it could hardly be worse, and I think there was only one scrum penalty conceded against a pack with three starting England internationals. Oli Jager had a very good outing while Murray and Beirne were superb.

It was a good win against a good team and Saracens barely threatened a try at all bar the blocked kick and one sustained phase that Munster defended very well.

I thought Wycherly had a good game yesterday.

Grand player. Just not top class.

Haley looked gone at the game last night. Daly was very jittery receiving kicks himself, bad outing for both. Don’t know has Haley lost a step with the injury.

That was the best Wycherley-Scannell axis display ever. They were all good, even the lad in the centre who can’t run, even the 14 stone prop, they were great, but don’t know would you get away with them the next day.

Not a great look for Old Crescent

Positionally, he was all over the shop too. Number of kicks and he was nowhere to be seen.

Thats a strange one alright, never had an issues worh crescent myself and i tend to have a grudge with every club in Limerick for some reason.

Yeah and it still early enough in the season that it’s not super-crucial when games are played.

An article in a national newspaper - can’t imagine they’re loving their decision now.

Jesus, that’s terrible carry-on. I’m glad Barnhall beat them.
