Well done Jimmy Barry.
Absolutely delighted for Cork, Harnedy in particular. His selection was questioned, but he answered the doubters and then some, a gentleman and a fine hurler, deserving of MOTM. Tradition never dies
Clare fans are the Kildare of hurling
Harnedy seems like a very humble chap. I hope people start liking the Cork hurlers again. This is a fine bunch.
Harnedy seems like a lovely fellow. Just lovely.
Bo Costello will take the head off the ape with the terrier in a minute!
Someone up the suicide thread for TAN please.
@kidchocolate âŚ
Well done jbm and harnedy something very likeable and unassuming about this cork team in stark contrast to that fucking oddball Fitzgerald and his team of wildly overrated softballers.
Someone up the suicide thread for TAN please.
I wonât lie - I hated the likes of Cusack, OâSullivan, OâhAilpin, Gardiner and Ben OâConnor. Great players and that was a great Cork team but I found it impossible to like them (bar the odd decent lad like Joe Deane)
The current crop seem a very decent bunch. Harnedy seemed a sound old skin in that interview while Nash, Lehane, Tom Kenny and the rest all come across well too.
Cork were brilliant today, fair play.
Cork much better. Very disappointing but we can have no complaints dreadful performance , congrats to cork much better
An ounce of breeding worth a ton of feeding
Davy fuming in his post match interview. He was âdisgustedâ with certain things that went on but refused to state what they were.

spot on dodgy. SIPTU brigade became too big for their boots and were not a reflection of the wider Cork GAA public
The Cork hurlers traditionally were a likeable bunch and JBM has restored the respect that people had for the cork hurlers.
Theyâre not climbing enough mountains.
Training tomorrow at 8am. Hiking boots essential.
maybe it wasnât dark enough when they climbed them?
They should try it blindfolded next time.
They may as well have been blindfolded with some of the hand passes they were throwing about.
Well done to Cork, very good team performance and were clinical with the chances that came his way. Clare are still too callow, Conlon getting injured was a huge blow while McGrath is completely out of form. Will be interesting to see how both management and players react to this
