The Clare crowd reckon they are going to piss all over you, I can only assume by your silence you are in agreement.
Whatâs plan B with Pa out?

I donât expect much response from them Mousey as they are busy lying in the long grass.
Dunno myboyblue, according to the Farmers Journal a lot of Silage was cut in Cork during the good spell of weather already.

We are fucked alright.
Cork by 5 so yeah?
Corkâd be too cute to leave no long grass.
There seems to be a lot of long grass in Munster.
Our land is rich in P&K down here tazdedub so grass growth is all year round.
Would the long grass be shared by Limerick and Clare or would they be seperate?
Fianna Fail even use it.

Poor braz83 will be disappointed to be snubbed
Sorry braz83, the grass is even longer in around Charleville it seems.
Itâs caoimhaoin dancarter and Mairegangaire who should feel most disappointed.
The mushrooms have come up I see.
When you think about it, the coverage/worry/consternation about Pa Cronin now, as one of the leaders and best players, used to be about Brian Corcoran. Thatâs all you need to know about where Cork are.
It canât be that bad caoimhaoin surely?
Fuck it, 15 Junior hurlers putting the red jersey on Sunday would raise their game for JBM. I would fear more for Cork if there was too much talk, a quiet Cork setup is to be feared imo.

All that Amatuer sports psychology Mumbai jumbo is fucking useless these days. Cork wonât be hammered and may even win, but they are comparatively average these days.
No modern manager or team takes a bit of notice if grass or mushrooms or any other vegetation used to describe Hurling teams.

Tradition is psychology, Kevin, and whether itâs amateur psychology or not it matters. Amateur psychology can often be quite effective.
Itâs a large part of the reason why you often see good teams from traditionally unsuccessful counties fold, poor teams from traditionally successful counties win, and patterns of results when teams play each other repeat themselves.

its a pretty good point in fairness about tradition, and its especially important in things like Munster Senior Hurling championship games and also schoolâs rugby
Tradition is one thing the likes of Clare and Waterford never had or never will have on their side in a match against real hurling counties,
Davy Fitz can chase them up and down Carrauntohill all he wants at 4am on a Sunday morning after playing club matches a few hours before and threaten to ride their mothers in front of them or whatever tactics are used in Clare to spur their players into this manic frenzy they feel is required to play a simple game like hurling.
However once they see those red jersies emerge nonchanatly from the oposite dressing room and the Cork side ( even tho depleted) swagger onto the Limerick sward with a confidence that is not actually reflective of their actaual ability , the seeds of doubt will begin to creep into the minds of a few clad in yellow, knowing glances and smiles will be exchanged betwen those in red and they will know , just as David Forde knew when he blew a 21 yard free wide in 1999, just as Frank Lohan knew when Setanta O Hailpin cleaned his boots trod all over him like he was a doormat in 2003 and just as every single puckout that Davy Fitz hit in the last 10 minutes 2005 all ireland semi final fell straight into a Cork handâŚ
Sid you once famously said " you cant beat tradition" in the Leinster Schools cup thread and you were proven correct, it will go a long way to deciding the outcome on sunday
