I’m happy enough to take our chance with that team tomorrow. Lack of defensive options a worry ok but I thought both Gleeson and Brick acquitted themselves admirably.
Moran is an option to drop back also if needed. Dara Fives trained during the week and Conor Prunty will hopefully be available also so not as threadbare as last week.

As I said the Waterford v tipp game wasn’t near the standard of cork v limerick last week in my opinion. Hannon back, extra days rest and home advantage added to the simple fact we are better 1-15 too. Limerick will win.

There will be fuck all in this game. The only way it’ll be 7 or 8 is if we get 3 or more goals, we haven’t even created 3 goal chances in the previous 2 games not to mind against 10 backs.

I was winding an English colleague about it during the week, he can’t grasp the Gaa and ethos etc, so I asked him in the tea room if he thought it was a goal.
