This weekend is shit or bust for Waterford as well now courtesy of referee/umpire error. Lose to Limerick and Waterford are out which wouldnât have been the case if theyâd beaten Tipperary. 2 out of 3 of Waterford matches not shown. All 4 Tipperary matches screened live by RTE.

If Waterford lose to Limerick, they can technically still qualify if Tipperary v Clare is a draw.
Waterford would then need to beat Cork, need Clare lose to Limerick and make up a minimum of 14 points in scoring difference.

as it stands Waterford are bottom with 1, Tipp 2, Clare 2, Limerick 3, Cork 4
If those results happened itâd be Tipp on 3, Waterford on 3, Clare on 3, Cork on 4 and Limerick on 7
Waterford would lose out on head to head with Clare but as Iâm led to believe head to head doesnât count when more than two teams finish on the same points so it is technically correct
