Only thing you could say is a defeat on Sunday and surely Pat Ryan will have to turn to all the younger lads v Limerick.

In one sense they might have been better off losing v Tipp. After a hot start they played second fiddle for long periods before the late rally to get the draw. The result papered over those cracks a bit - defeat would have focused minds a bit more possibly and possible changes to the team.
Not that there is much in it but there aren’t any players from 5 to 12 on that Cork team who I’d have over their Clare counterparts.
