Also the black card rule needs to be looked at. That Joyce foul for the penalty should be a text book black card, wrong side of O’Donnell, beaten and just grabs the jersey and holds on for dear life, zero attempt at a tackle or to play the ball. O’Donnell probably too honest and doesn’t go to ground
Just because he doesn’t trip him or drag him down means he gets away with it by the letter of the law.

No, he’s definitely wrong,
Horgan was far from perfect but 100% justified his selection and going forward
Tony Kelly missed easier chances than those, it happens
Horgan was excellent. The times he went out of the game I don’t think he could do much about it. He was getting hit at best 50:50 balls and his man only had to break it down to a spare Clare man
