There were more Tipp fans at games when they only let Big Bob Ryan in.
From a Munster final spot yes, but not from the championship. If Waterford lose then Clare at least get 3rd.

If Tipp and Waterford win it would come down to score difference and Clare would be out
If Waterford and Clare both lose, Clare would be 2nd in that scenario on a head to head with Cork.
Clare can be eliminated if they lose and Waterford draw.
