Zinc is essential for male healthâŚESSENTIAL
Being honest, i threw in the trypophan because it got me free shipping and was on sale⌠was only a couple of euro. It aids sleep / serotonin / melatonin but as i said, it got me above free shipping and i saved a huge 3 euro
Munster GAA has confirmed the ticket distribution plan for the upcoming 2026 Munster Senior Hurling Championship, outlining how supporters can access tickets across all five rounds of the competition.
Due to capacity constraints at some venues, along with the expected demand from our clubs, the opening three rounds will be distributed through county boards to ensure fair and equitable access for competing counties. County Boards have been notified of their tickets allocations for each game.
Key Ticketing Details
Rounds 1â3
- Tickets for the first three rounds will be sold exclusively through county boards.
- This approach reflects the fact that four of the first six games are being hosted in smaller-capacity venues, while the other two games involve Cork, Limerick and Tipperary, with the first round game between Tipperary and Cork being a repeat of last yearâs All Ireland Final.
- Any unused or returned tickets from county boards will be released for public sale on the Wednesday prior to each game.
Rounds 4â5
- Round 4 and Round 5 tickets will go on general public sale on April 8th.
- Competing counties will also receive allocations for these games, ensuring strong county representation at all fixtures.

Collected my ticket for Tipperary v Cork last night.
Dead centre of the Old Stand.
Volunteers getting looked after by the clubs
As it should be. Everything through the clubs for this one. Tipperary v Cork is always a very special occasion.
I see theyâve flogged the tickets on Ticketmaster today for the games against the mickey mouse counties like Limerick.
So the tickets for the Cork v Limerick in PĂĄirc UĂ Chaoimh are only being distributed through the clubs?
No Tipp fans plan to turn up to the Limerick game?
Ticketmaster are no fools - they realise that game clashes with peak milking time so Tipp wont travel
Tell us who will make up the forward 6? Same team as AI final?
Hard to tell with Cahill he did so much chopping and changing.
He has to be psyching them up to make up for the 2024 and 2022 humiliations in Thurles, whatever about beatings in SuperValu park.
A make or break game for Tipps season, win and the road opens up for qualification. Lose and they could be going to the Gaelic grounds for a knockout game in May

Tipperary returning tickets for their home game against Cork isnât a great sign for the land of milk and chests out.
Embarrassing for the county board - but not surprising I guess based on what weâve seen in recent years. Wouldnât be shocked if cork give them another clipping
