I think tipp looked spent in the league. Unless callanan is at peak fitness they carry less goal threat, and he just doesnât look anywhere near it.
I think itâs very possible that Tipp could be caught cold.
I think itâs fair to say that Lohan has instilled a siege mentally over his squad and they are very very hungry.
But, I think itâs tad clouded vision not to address the number of scores a shockingly bad WD team still put on them. Itâs also naive to think Cleary & his team in the FB line will get it as easy this weekend.
I think I saw enough in Tipp at certain points throughout the League to hope they can perform but if they are beaten Clare will be worthy winners.
The old legs line regarding Tipp isnât fair imo.
Ah theyâve goals from everywhere.
Likely team is the ultimate Dadâs army in fairness.

Didnât Lohan give a fella his championship debut at the age of 30 last weekend.
The Tipp team going round in the PM group will give a few lads a right land tomorrow night.

Is he gone young
Heâs thrown a few curveballs in the past #buggyomeara
Itâs mileage in the legs though.
All that Tipp 15 have been on the panel and starting most games since at least 2015 with the exception of Barry Hogan and Alan Flynn.
Sheedy might play Morris or Cadell as a gesture to youth but I donât think they solve our problem.
In the 2018 All Ireland under 21 final to match up with those very good Cork lads, Liam Cahill went for an 8, 9, 10, 11 of Stevie Nolan, Ger Browne, Colin English and Jerome Cahill. Pace, pace and more pace.
Rightly or wrongly, none of the above are part of the senior panel now and probably unlikely to feature at senior again going forward. Thatâs a massive problem.
You seem to forget or just ignore the fact that the Tipperary panel had a good long break last year.
What pace had Tipp in 2010 bar Lar?
What special pace had they in 2016?
This will sound paradoxical but when youâve a load of mileage a break can be a bad thing.
These lads never had speed.
At the roundabout, take the second exit and continue to follow the n52
Exactly.
Jerome Cahill is the only one Iâm disappointed not to see involved. The rest, meh.
One of them had no interest in his club never mind his county.
The game has changed though since 2016.
We match up well with Kilkenny who are still playing stone age hurling and Galway to an extent but Limerick and Cork will run us ragged youâd fear.
Bar Mikey Breen and Barrett thereâs no legs at all in this team. Billy McCarthy would have solved a lot of our problems and one or two of the above lads from the 2018 under 21 team but itâs just not meant to be for those lads.
I donât think thereâs anyone else out with pace who would add something. Our commitment to A-B hurling is very admirable and our stickwork wipes the floor with everyone else out there but in terms of winning the All Ireland I donât see it happening again soon.
21 points. Two from play from their starting forwards. 4 of their 11 points from play were long range pot shots by Bennett.
Antrim and Laois both scored more last weekend
Thatâs logic just winning an argument for you.
It was a big score for a team dominated for 70% of the game. It was a collective meltdown from Waterford as Cahill alluded to in a more subtle manner.
Clare won by design and should have won by more but Tipp will not lay over as Waterford did imo.
