I speculate that gman will tell us all yet again as to how he went to Mauritius on his honeymoon…
It has been reported that the staff had taken a seious disliking to Irish honeymooners after dealing with “a wexford couple from hell” in the last few months, it is unclear as of yet whether this has triggered a reaction from one of the staff against Ms Harte.

Strange case so far but we’ve solved cases here in the past (sometimes cases that a jury couldn’t even solve) so I’m sure we’ll figure this one out.
Early indications are:
- someone with a room key
- not the husband
- possible theft gone wrong.
I’m guessing Gman.
He does seem to be overplaying how shocked he is alright.

Still though tragic event in Paradise there. I dont know how the husband is coping in this, I wouldn’t even know what to do.
It’s a terrible situation for the husband alright as he has no one at all with him out there now for support also going through his head must be the fact that the murderer is working away around him while this is all going on, that is if the murderer is a member of staff.
Gardai are treating it as suspicious…again.

I am still shocked though.
Heard on the news that his brother and her brother are on their way out to him today. Jesus he must be in some state, according to newstalk this morning, he was out and came back to the room and couldn’t get in, so he went and got the manager and the two of them found her. The guy investigating the killing was on the radio saying they had 6 or 7 suspects in custody and he was confident of arresting the murderer or at least knowing who the murderer is by this afternoon. Seemingly this place is teeming with CCTV so they think they have the kiler(s) on camera.
On a side note, would it be worth putting a few quid on Tyrone to win the All Ireland now in light of this, considering they are all saying she was part and parcel of the team, would this make them more determined to win Sam for the Harte family?

Find it hard to see Mickey Harte being involved this year after this. Dooher will probably become de facto manager.
Can’t see Micky Harte being involved for a few month’s anyway, and how could you blame him. Anyone who read the book would know they were very very close.
It was already tragic enough that she had died, in what was thought natural circumstances, but the fact that she was murdered is absolutely shocking to be honest.
Still pretty hard to believe.
No forced entry into her room, she went upstairs to get biscuits for her tea and this happens - sweet Jesus.
It sounds as if she disturbed someone who was robbing the place.
My money is on the resort employee who comforted the husband after the grim discovery
Just been on the news that the Tyrone board are considering pulling out of the Dr McKenna cup, Cant blame them really.
It’s one thing havinng a young person die in an accident like Paul McGirr or suddenly of natural causes like Cormac McAnallen - but this is worse again. Hard to see Tyrone being much of a force this year after this.
