Galway got away with 4 blatant black cards and a disgraceful eye gouge. They couldnāt a Dublin team B down to 14 men and itās the referees fault! The kings of whinge will always be with us.
What eye gouge? Dublin were let off with two key black cards early, blatant ones and a lad had to commit three yellow card offences to get sent off. Thereās lads from other counties stating the obvious here.
Facile enough win in 2nd gear
Imagine how good we would be if we actually cared about bogball
Typical story. Youād think they would stop the whinging.
Encouraging, but it was a game we could have won except for poor decision making and panic up front in the second half. Conroyās wide was criminal with two men breaking past him, as was the ball Kelly kicked up in the air. Good preparation for Mayo though. Well done Dublin, showed great character after going down to 14.
Calm down mate, ye just won a national title. Well done. I suggest a walk outside or a cup of camomile perhaps.
Iām with you buddy. Absolutely love to style of football ye play, always someone or lay it off to. Basic basic stuff, but ye do it so well.
Galway have a few players who arenāt bringing much on an individual level. Kelly is one. Duggan is another. Patrick Sweeney too.
Cooke is talented but lumbering.
They could do with a more commanding presence at 6.
The defensive system is working well though.
Some of the Galway kids not taking this well.
Fuck off Jose.
You shut up.
very true sid,id say garry o donnell will slot into cb come the mayo gameā¦
galway going thr right way but still miles off dublin at the moā¦hopfully its a long summer!
Not good enough, too one dimensional. Walsh slow to make the changes, well done de dubs
Heāll never forgive us for stopping the two in a row.
Either Cooke or Conroy in the first half on McAuley. Camera caught it perfectly
Seeing as he went off the board for a week when we put manners on tipp last August let him have his moment of happiness supporting his county
More of a fish hook I thought
Hopefully the Super 8s comprise of the same teams in Div 1 this year.
I heard there was nearly 900 fist passes today?
Iām watching in a pub in South mayo and the general consensus is it was an eye gouge. Having said that the locals here seem to hate Galway even more than they hate Dublin
