Should be very competitive. Cork, Galway, Kilkenny will all be looking to to settle in a couple extra players and build on last year. Tipp will be looking to reestablish the patterns that made them successful before they went backwards under Ryan and sort a more settled team, especially in attack. I don’t expect tipp will make a huge impact in the league, think they’ll be using it to rebuild and settle themselves for the summer. Waterford and Clare will be looking to build on last year too. The last two would look the likeliest candidates for relegation.
u never know with that shit…i think they beat galway at home in last game and that was the one win that kept them up…they´ll probably flake the shit out of cork and that will be enough…
Phillip Mahony is also gone for 2013 for Waterford. Decided to go travelling instead. He will be a loss, had a solid year for them last year. Both midfielders gone now.
Damien Cahalane has opted for the Cork footballers instead of hurlers for the coming year as well
Going to be a disaster of a year for us, Cahalane and Cadogan going football only, Niall Mac, Sweetnam, Sean Og and Gardiner gone as well. Rumours that Murphy and Donal Og are going to retire as well. Cussen back on the panel.
