Errors killing the Bulldogs now. Prescott throws a pick in the endzone and then they stop Auburn only for their returner to fumble the punt and put the Tigers in prime field position. State lead 21-6 but must be kicking themselves.
Auburn QB Nick Marshall throws a TD as I type to bring it to 21-13.
28-13 HT, itâs absolutely chucking it down in Starkville. Both sides will be glad to head to the locker room and will be hoping it clears up out there, itâs fucking biblical.
horrible PI call on Auburn when they had a monster recption down inside the 5 called back. State did fuck all with it anyway when they got it back, and Auburn have th eball back on their own goal line now.
Miss State capitalise on an Auburn kick off fumble with a quick TD to stretch their lead to 38-20, this looks done.
#6 Notre Dame have been involved in a war with unheralded North Carolina, the Irish look to have finally seen off the Tar Heels and lead 50-36 with just over 2 mins left. TCU are giving Baylor a beating and lead 58-37 in a wild one with almost 12 mins left, the Frogs will be firmly in the driving seat in the Big 12 now.

8.30pm: #21 Texas A&M @ #7 Alabama (LIVE)
Midnight: ESPN Goal Line
1am: #5 Notre Dame @ #2 Florida State (LIVE)
In the first game the Sooners are coming off two tough games against Texas and TCU and will have to beat the undefeated Wildcats, who are coming off a bye, if they are to have any chance of winning the Big 12 and getting into the play offs.
The second game is surely a knock out game in the SEC West, whoever loses between the Aggies and the Tide is out.
The final game could fall under the same category. A one loss Irish team is out and with the Seminoles struggles so far, it wouldnât surprise me if one loss knocked them out too. The ACC is so poor though and this looks like FSUâs toughest game on the schedule besides possibly their last game against Florida.
A fascinating day in store which should whittle down the contenders.
Sandymount, whatâs the draft status or projection for TJ Yeldon? I wouldnât claim to know much about college ball, and certainly not draft rankings which puzzle me greatly, but to me, he looks an absolute stud. Iâve always thought he was good, going back to when he was back up to Eddie Lacy, but this year looks unreal. Have seem him in 2 or 3 games already, but tonight looks unstoppable.
At the moment, I would project him being a low 1st round pick. Heâs more explosive out of the backfield than Lacy was at the same stage, but lacks some of the physciallity that Lacy has. If youâre looking at him in the context of the recent Bama production line, I would say he has more potential than Lacy but is just off Ingramâs level when he left college. Not really close to Richardson. Wouldnât surprise me if he stayed for 2015 though.
Yeah physical hard hitting runs donât seem to be his biggest attribute, and Henry gets the big gut busting runs for bama. but his ability to find gaps and make yards is phenomenal.
I donât think heâll go in the first round as this is a vintage class for RBs. Gurley and Gordon will certainly go before him and Mike Davis is another who possibly could. I doubt heâll stay in school as a RB doesnât have a long shelf life and heâd be better off going now IMO.
Yeldon had a great game on Saturday (I was on the piss and missed it) but has struggled this year too. He has had ball control issues but that doesnât seem to have bothered him this year, but he is battling for carries in a loaded Alabama backfield. Derrick Henry looks a better prospect IMO but heâs not eligible for next yearâs draft.
First up #11 Kansas State welcome Texas to Manhattan. The Wildcats are the only unbeaten team in the Big 12 but could be in for a tough time against an improving Longhorns.
In the second game #1 Mississippi State head to Lexington to face Kentucky. This is the first ever time the Bulldogs have been ranked #1,and it will be interesting to see how Heisman front runner QB Dak Prescott handles the pressure against an under-rated Wildcats who have recruited well the last couple of years.
Marcus Mariota, who will surely be the first player selected in next years draft, set a school record last night as he passed for 326 yards and 5 TDs as Oregon slammed California 59-41 in Leviâs stadium.
