Who do we want??
Who would take the fucking job, given the dross he’ll have to work with?
Jim McGuinness.
Someone like Paul Jewell, David O’Leary or Gerry Francis. Grim times ahead.
Sammy Lee, Dalglish and even Stan will be linked with it too no doubt.
May as throw Alan Curbishly in there as well.
In fairness, I would take O’Leary.
Chris Hughton lads
On what basis son? Wasn’t he last seen being sacked in Saudi Arabia or Qatar or somewhere.
In fairness he is the standout candidate from the list there though.
Alan Curbishley gets linked with every job going, from the next Kildare manager to any top European club or country.
Would he take it? Leave the Premier League and big money to manage shit for five or six competitive games a year on a much smaller salary?
Nutsy Fenlon or someone like that could be a contender, as outlandish as that sounds.
Enter Roy Keane
Keane is a proven quitter.
And work with John Delaney? Don’t think so bud.
Roy Keane, Roy Keane, Roy Keane:clap: Great call, one of the all time greats of Irish soccerball.

O’Leary got to within a couple of matches of qualifying for the Champions League with a shower of journeyman thumpers at Aston Villa.
He gets a huge amount of stick for supposedly bankrupting Leeds, but he took the fuckers to a CL semifinal, and you don’t get that far without spending a few quid (unless you are Mouinho at Porto). His Leeds side were entertaining to watch.
No Italians, people with Italian heritage, anyone that has played in Italy or even holidayed there.
Balbec is out so…
Martin O’Neill.
Would salary constraints be a factor?
Tommy Carr or Val Andrews.
Zeman.
