Perosnally im not that gone on it[/quote]
Not too gone on it myself, the long sleeves are a put off. In saying that, I’ve always thought Wexford should go with some sort of retro look. The sponsors logo’s are crap though.

they are indeed, purple blue red and white wouldnt be on of the classic mixes

That is smashing

Nicest GAA jersey on market. Bit of imagination at last.

What else are O’Neills going to try and rip off Adidas?

The grey patterned bit is a take off this old Liverpool shirt.

The climacool badge on the bottom right is also on that jersey as well as the three stripes.

They’ve been doing a number on them for a while now alright. Pretty unashamed. Still, nice to see someone break out from the normal boring GAA concept and designs.

The ultimate wife beater for the jack who is into proudly displaying his colours as he batters his missus.

The three stripes are a ridiculous rip off. I know that O’Neills are small fish but surely Adidas should be having a word with them over that.

They tried, and failed I believe. O’Neills claim to have the patent before them, or something to that extent. I’m sure someone will post up the reasoning. Its only in Ireland, if you’re a GAA Club out foreign, you cannot order a set of O’Neills with the 3 stripes.

It’s the fact that O’Neills have such a small markert share that it was felt they wouldnt impact, or be confused with adidas. As myboyblue it’s only within the 26 counties.

http://www.prideinthejersey.com/O-Neills-Adidas.html gives a good account of it.

I know it’s wrong, but this appeals to my basest human instincts. Does that make me a potential wife beater or potential Offaly fan?

I’m confused - are these the actual Dublin and Offaly jerseys or just those for sale abroad?

Just simple training tops for wife beaters and knacks from these counties farmerinthecity

Not bad.

Will Richard Littlejohn, Melanie Phillips or Jan Moir be doing any promotional tie-ins with the GAA for this?

I would be disappointed if they’re not. There’s no more noble Irish Institution than The Daily Mail.
