New low for the GGA

How so?

@Nembo Kid has a point here. O’Mahony played with excessive levels of salbutamol, which is a stimulant, in his system. There are permitted amount allowed for asthmatics, even if they have a cold. He broke the rules.
He probably didn’t do it maliciously to gain an advantage but just get himself right. He probably just misused his inhaler. A lifelong asthmatic would know the recommended dose but many of them overuse ventolin. He was given the benefit of the doubt by the GAA but he still broke the rules

Is the nordie an asthmatic too?

No, he was just doing what was required to make an intercounty football panel in ulster these days.

A good 7 years behind Munster football’s doping practices so.

You’re boring.

Yes, the trick is to get a panel of 30 asthmatics that can kick a ball straight.

That rules the nordies out then.

No Nordie ever did anything straight.

Munster lads can’t handle the truth.

Munster is Drug Free CĂșl

That’s not what the Irish Sports Council tests said.

What did they say, how long did they ban him for?

They said he tested positive for a banned performance enhancing substance.

Not true - Salbutamol is a “specified substance” under WADA rules rather than “a prohibited substance”

He exceeded the permitted levels of a performance enhancing substance.

Goal posts shifting again

I’ve never shifted the goal posts.

O’Mahony tested positive for a performance enhancing substance.
