That’s a clamping.

All very good points, well made and entirely true. What this has to do with the next England football manager is beyond me.
England were knocked out of Euro 2016 by Iceland 2-1, just for the record, in case it hadn’t been mentioned.

John Terry is the man for the job.

England were shit in the 70’s and 80’s when there was nothing but English players playing in England, bar the few paddies, jocks and taffs, and an even fewer players from outside the islands.
Are you that doddery Jeff Powell cunt?

England were World Cup quarter finalists in 1982 & 86. They were eliminated from the 1986 Quarter Final by a blatant act of cheating from Argentina’s, Diego Maradona, who then went onto win the tournament. 1986 was the one that really got away.

Who are you referring to here? The United and Liverpool players in the team that were distinctly average this season? Or the tog-fillers from Spurs who shat the course as soon as they got a sniff of winning the league.

Both.

Worrying news that the FA could be after the Specialist in Failure to take over when his contract at Woolwich is up in 12 months time. That would involve a caretaker manager for the next year.

Wenger would be a top top appointment.

Klinnsman saying he is interested. England could do worse but could the tans tolerate a German?

They seem happy enough being ruled by a load of Germans anyway.

no fucking foreigners, give it to Sam Allyerdyce or Harry Redknapp

Sorry if posted already… but what a rant. England are a joke :joy:

Big Sam all day.

He’s the only man for the job.

Or Tejee of ours

Roberto Mancini?

No they need someone to harness the British Bulldog spirit and bring back the traditional values of hard graft and pride. Stuart Pearce would be a great appointment.

They need to bring back El Tel

Seems quite happy running his hotel in Italy. Doubt he’d want it.
