Next Manchester United Manager
Obviously I donā€™t actually know the answer to that question but I guess itā€™s more about speculation.

I would say no but itā€™s hard to say why. Heā€™s certainly an untypical football manager. Heā€™s very much an intellectual type and Iā€™d say heā€™s thoroughly enjoying his project at Dortmund. His Mainz team were very successful too (though were eventually relegated) but I would think he treats the clubs as projects that he needs to stick with for a while.

Now whether the movement of players will ultimately frustrate him or not is another thing but funnily enough just before Goetze signed for Bayern there was a lot of praise for Dortmund in the German media because they had locked everyone down to a long contract other than Lewandowski. So they had seemingly staved off the Sahin, Kagawa, Lewandowski problem but Bayern just broke that apart by paying Goetzeā€™s release clause (which was too low but that seemed to be at the insistence of the player who had his head turned by Bayern previously).

In Reus, Gundogan, Sahin (albeit still only temporarily), Hummels, Blaszā€¦etc. and Piszczek they have top class players who are as good as or better than anything United have to be honest. Beyond that they have another smattering of good players (Schmelzer, Subotic, Weidenfeller etc) and a few very good prospects, particularly Leitner. If he can keep the rest of the core of that team together I donā€™t think heā€™d be tempted away in the short term. But thatā€™s entirely speculation.
Subotic is a better defender than Hummels.

Mentioned on Sky there that the coaching staff (Phelan, the Dutch chap etc) are remaining in place. Is that confirmed? That Dutch guy Rene whatever heā€™s called is meant to be very good/important.

Heā€™s really not. Hummels has made some high profile errors but heā€™s more consistent and a much better footballer.

Iā€™d have Subotic as partly to blame for the Madrid goal in Dortmund. His poor play put Hummels in the position where he made the error, though it was a desperate mistake.

Thatā€™s ridiculous Rocko, it was an inexplicable error under no pressure that Hummels made against Madrid, he is a very naive defender that also looks like he is about to do something stupid.
Disagree on cleverley, boys. Heā€™s got better control and an eye for a short pass than most. He also wants to get on the ball and isnā€™t afraid to take it on with lads around him. Also, he looks like a composed finisher. Him and kagawa are the future.

Chalk it down farmer.
Kagawa looks to be an excellent player. Clever, eye for a pass and well able to finish. Cleverley doesnā€™t give the same impression. He just looks like a thinner, whiter version of Anderson.

Would be disappointed if thats true. Rene Meulensteen is well regarded but Phelan doesnā€™t contribute much. One issue in the last few years in the failure to address problems in Unitedā€™s play. Both McClaren and Queiroz in their time improved United defensively. Would have hoped that Moyes would have insisted on appointing his own men.

Daily star reporting Moyes has received death threats from Utd fans.

The Daily Star retails for 15p.

Will he survive the weekend?

Wayne Rooney is no longer a Man U player according to his Twitter account, but a Nike UK Athlete, whatever the fuck that is. Itā€™ll be interesting to see how Moyes handles Rooney, given their past unpleasantness. I know they kissed and made up, but there must still be a bad smell between them.
So Ronaldo is apparently on his way back to Manchester now as well.

At this stage, rooney can go fuck himself. A couple of transfer requests would be ok but for all the shit form and turning up unfit this season.
He was brilliant for united for years and shouldered way too much responsibility but now heā€™s just an ill-disciplined, petulant ego. If we got 30 mil it would be great.

Read somewhere Rooney removed that from his bio months ago, part of some Nike initiative, other Nike players did likewise. Just coming to light now and people running away with themselves. I think Rooney may move on, but its just idle speculation right about now. Rooney got treated like shit at United, sure he got well paid for it, so be it, but he was constantly sacrificed for other players and took it quietly. You wouldnā€™t blame him for having enough, especially with Moyes coming in now.

People do love to get excited about every little thing though. Much like how a lot of people were getting worked up about Ronaldoā€™s tweet about Ferguson, some skivvie in Ronaldoā€™s management company suggesting and carrying out these things, and everyone thinks it means heā€™s coming back to Manchester.

Far too much being read into these matters. The likes of Rooney would be far to thick to realise how to do something like edit his bio.

Rocko can you add in a new rating thatā€™s a bit stronger than dumb please? I feel that dumb is not strong enough for that retarded effort from mbb.

Someones still rattled from the paddling he got yesterday

Yes sorry you were right Rooney is treated like shit at United. He is paid Ā£250,000 a week and was asked to play out wide at times and was dropped when his form was poor from being overweight, smoking fags and riding elderly prostitutes. It is one of the most retarded things Iā€™ve ever seen and clearly comes from someone who knows fuck all about the game or life in general because you spend too much time single handedly posting up pictures of half naked celebrities.

Arsehole.

Rooney is the new Pele.

Rooney sacrificed at every turn by United and he just got on with his job. Now he wants to move on, doing so quietly and the myoofc fans like horsie are content to ignore all his sacrifice and hard work for the side because of a few indiscretions and some pay demands. All because they think his leaving will bring Ronaldo back

The white Pele Sidney but he is being treated like a slave by United according to the resident smartarse.

This has nothing to do with his twitter feed and all to do with his dreadful contribution over the last year.

There is certainly absolutely nothing in the twitter description.

At this stage itā€™s just rumour that he wants to leave. As Juhy says Ā£30m would be a very decent price to get for him, but only if they spend it on someone else of superior quality. His form has been indifferent and heā€™s nowhere near the player he threatened to be but United donā€™t need money. They get Ā£40m from DHL. Would they rather have Rooney and no training kit deal or a training kit deal and no Rooney. Iā€™d go for the former.
