He’s working with a very talented squad (England U-21)), most of whom are first team Premier League regulars , whilst our squad is young, not particularly talented and comprised of, in the main, Championship regular starters. I would be sceptical that any manager could get us winning enough games to qualify for major tournaments. We are going to be grouped with two higher ranked nations.
