NLP & Meditation

Anyone else mentally at their sharpest due to these?

I presume that was a typo, TASE, and that you meant to write “medication”.

@The Wild Colonial Bhoy - I’ve been doing some late night meditation of late pal and it has me rightly fired up. Check out Louise Hay…

10 minutes in the car every lunchtime… 20 steps down into the basement… going deeper and deeper… takes about 2 minutes to get there, Hang around there for 5/6 minutes and concentrate on all that’s good in life and come back up slowly.

Probably too short but still gives you back you mind free from negatives thoughts and a savage afternoons work usually follows.

im actually taking 40mg of prednisone here for the next 5 days to get over a sinus infection… fuck it am i buzzing here, energy coarsing thru my veins, my mind is racing, walking around at speed, jumpy, fucking amazing shit altogether

That’s the grand slam right there.

Its not easy staying on top of it all pal but a clear mind and indeed more importantly uninhibited supply of oxygen to the brain certainly makes things easier. Lump in a stable blood sugar level with this and is then becomes pretty difficult to stop you in your tracks.

Another de-stresser would be where you spend 15 minutes going back in your mind to your favorite place. Say you are dealing with a bunch of Indian testers who JUST WONT FUCKING DO WHAT YOU TELL THEM. Don’t fret… climb that hill, jump in the river… feel the water dripping off you, smell the fresh grass (the edible stuff @carryharry ) , hear those bee’s faintly buzzing around the dandelions, pick up a handfull of clay and smell it…

Now as your leaving that special place… the mind is crystal clear. That’s the time to nail those Indian cunts good and proper.

Bit like Frank Underwood getting off his rowing machine if you like.

Visualisation is the key

the mind cannot tell the difference between actual experiences and imagined experiences

+1

But to do it properly needs a vessel void of negativity.

Meditation thread, mickee not out of your head on chemicals thread.

You talking about your last wet dream, mate?

thanks mate, i certainly will

that’s Vanilla Sky you’re thinking of pal…boil a kettle and pour its’ contents over your hand… you’ll soon know the difference between actual and imagined experiences…
