Scotland slightly improved.
France still look a mess.
New Zealand are still the benchmark.
Australia still erratic but with the potential to compete with and beat the very best.
South Africa have declined but could recover significantly with the right coach.
Argentina as always hard to gauge but still have the potential to take out Ireland, Wales or Scotland at the World Cup.
