It’s a hard one to square alright, Farrell seems to be getting a better tune out of them than Cullen despite Cullen and Lancaster being considered the far better management team. Andrew Conway and Iain Henderson are hardly world beaters either making all the difference.
I’ve felt Cullen is a bit out of his depth tbh. Touch of the Gareth Southgates about him. They were blessed racing metro got those injuries and teddy Thomas imploded in that final.

When Saracens beat them in 2020, regardless your views on Cullen, it was simply a case of the players wilting against a team with far greater mental resilience. It was like watching every world cup quarter final involving Ireland.
I guess that’s fair but sarries were the better team too and it was a free hit for them. They done an absolute number on leinster just like Munster did in 06 and then leinster done it in 09 to Munster.
