Good use out of this yoke this morning. Raw beetroot, apricots, kiwi, blueberries, chia seeds and green tea smoothie. And was able to use it batter up some oats in my banana pancake, with some nutmeg, which I topped with Greek yogurt and honey after cooking.

I made that Banana and Eggs pancake mixture this morning, after a celerary, apple and spinach bullet, absolutely unreal, topped off with a little drizzle of honey, I also put in a bit of cinammon and peanut butter in to it

beetroot does not go well with kale, neither does cucumber, use beetroot in more fruit orientated bullets, it goes very well with blueberries and avocado, don’t worry, there is a lot of trial and error at the start when you are a virgin, fumbling around awkwardly with ingredients
