Going back to the original point about Waterford, surely it would be easy enough for them ( any team) to revert to a more orthodox and natural set up. It surely takes more awareness in the heat of battle to maintain something of a defensive set up such as Waterfords rather than hold the positions youâve been taught since you learned to hold a hurl. Maybe not just seems more natural to me.
