Do these underage structures really make as much of a difference as they all say? I think it’s more down to luck personally. When Tipp had the few good underage football teams everybody was on about the great underage structures, and now they seem to have regressed back to where they were

The structures are usually haphazard. The a group of promising players come along and coaches are prepared/enthusiast about coaching. The energy to maintain is fine once the team are progressing. A couple of lean years and the enthusiasm quickly disapates along with the “structures”.
