On a similar topic - Lissycasey have seven starters and two subs on the 24 for the Clare minor footballers.

In what is probably not a great sign. They didnā€™t even win the under 15A championship 2 years ago

Dublin had a good win over Wexford in the u20 there in parnell. 1-20 to 0-15. Cagey enough stuff both teams playing with a P1. Dublin much more economical. Dublin exceeding expectations with this group though its still only round robin. Paddy Doyle, sean gallagher, james o brien and ollie gaffney all played well.

Dublin looked like a very well coached team to me last week. Some very nice players on that team but Doyle is a Rolls.

I didnā€™t stroll over to Parnell Park myself, as my life partner was getting a colour in her hair at 1.45pm. But my brother was here pre & post game & said Paddy Doyle shut down Luke Murphy. Murphy scored 1-4 from play against Kilkenny last week but didnā€™t get on the ball at all today apparently.

Tis. Iā€™m just concerned as I donā€™t see much development at this age grade yet. Still plenty of hurling to be played though.

Itā€™s hard to get too excited/worried about it. All 4 teams are guaranteed at least a quarter-final spot. The real stuff will start in a few weeks.

Tipp Limerick sounded like a cracker.
Limerick six up during first half. Tipp 2 up at HT.
Limerick 4 up in second half. Tipp went 1 or 2 up. Limerick got goal late and were two up. Tipp got level on 63rd min and Limerick winner on 64th.
