Official All Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 2010 Thread

Is it fair to say Antrim have a better hurling team then Clare?

+1 but Leinster football has already gone into the heart of Ulster and won today, dont rule it out happening twice.

Non Ards have a better hurling team than Clare at this rate Iā€™d say.

Antrim were disgusted not to have beaten Offaly and this shows it was no fluke.

Dublin were 0-18 to 1-9 up on the fifty minute mark! How did they manage only add a point from there?

Brilliant for Antrim. Absolute disaster for Dublin. Good thing they have the 21s to fall back on.

Sounds like Dublin threw it away, took off Rushe, Oā€™Callaghan etc with twenty minutes to go.

Could well be the end of Daly if it turns out thatā€™s what cost them. Will be his decision regardless but he might feel thatā€™s it.

Shane Murphy corner back, Shane Oā€™Neill wing back.

Right decision, by why the fuck didnā€™t we play Shane Oā€™Neill at wing back during the league?

GerLock has the most mental head on him in Ireland. Legend.

He was behind me at the u21 match during the week. Itā€™s even stranger seeing him in person. Donā€™t know if itā€™s who he is or his big mad head.

I though the chance of that happening was nil?

Meh.

When was the last time a Munster Hurling Final had a 15k attendance?

Some joke.
I created this last year. Nothing has changedā€¦

Thats what i read as well.

Cluain, i agree with you, but the fact is this is a huge game for both teams, a much easier side of the All-Ireland for the winner.

FFS! 10 minute delay for more people to not turn up.

I have a funeral at 9!

Delaying a 7pm start is crazy. For a big crowd fair enough but not for 15,000 people

Didnā€™t think Denis would make changes to three different lines for one match, particurly when one considers that Shane Oā€™Neill played maybe once for Cork during the league. Its probably the right decision but the full-back line is slower and weaker. Says a lot about our options on the bench for the center back line though.

Ye notice anytime Brick Walsh is shown in the warm up thereā€™s someone hitting a high ball at him

Its a joke, the Munster Council have made a balls of this match from day one. This and the inability to produce programmes for Minor & U-21 games is just a disgrace.
