Dick Law spent the last week or two of the 2011 transfer window in Costa Rica trying to sign Joel Campbell. Some Arsenal fans were going mental about him wasting time trying to sign some I know kid when he could have been working on signing for the first team. Who’s complaining now? Costa Rica in January. I’d say the deal was done on Day 1 and Dickleburgh spent the rest of the 2 weeks lording about the place. Kudos.
