That’s Kieran Doyle playing the role of TF Meagher in the re-enactment of the making of the first tricolor at 33 the Mall Waterford. I went to school with Kieran.

I’d have thought you were closer in age to TF Meagher

Should we do a sweep?

I have a distant relative in the competition this year.

Saw the name Molly Coogan from Kilkenny and thought, “she’s from up North”. Boom, from Castlecomer.

If there is a Limerick and/or Tipperary Rose they most likely you are related…

Had another relative in it three years ago.

Is the Queensland Rose the ‘wan’ that was looking to play Womens Rugby?

I heard it’s gone from the original Dome at the Fells Point hotel?

The dome is full of Ukrainians in 4 storey bunk beds

Correct

I actually think the Tipp Rose will win it.

The only year in the last 5 that Limerick haven’t won the hurling was 2019. They made amends somewhat that year by winning the Rose Of Tralee and Love Island double that same summer.

I bet very rarely these days, but I cant let the 15/2 go on the Tipperary Rose tonight.

I can’t see her beaten.

Saoirse Gibbons from Drumshanbo carries the Leitrim flag in tonight’s encounter.
I’d imagine she’s the granddaughter of recently retired Judge Conal Gibbons and the daughter of the Centra operators in the town. She’ll be good for a bar…
