I think baldy noonan is more suited to following a curriculum than innovating in any way shape or form. Same goes for India and the rest of the coffin surfing teaching “elite”.

Well the government have now released their plans to stop another Garth Brooks fiasco happening again. The change is that promoters will have to have pre-application meeting with the local authority to see if the application will be granted or not and a few others but this seems to be the main one.
What’s the point of the application process if the pre-application process determines the outcome of the application?
Assume it’s similar to a pre-planning meeting with a local authority if you were building a house. They will advise you of the possibility of a favourable outcome and advise what wouldn’t be possible.
