Yeah … ive been posting for years about the need to stimulate our domestic (small) economy to make us more robust for when the inevitable happens some day.

It’s been dressed up that way by fg alright. SF say it’d be an independent and impartial review by human rights and other relevant experts. I’ve not looked into it too much. I think plenty of rte’s reporting on Gaza has been problematic, I don’t know how you go about addressing that but I’d be open to some sort of non-political review. We have coimisiún na meain now but I don’t know what it’s powers or capacities are.

Ah yes, Bowes is bought and paid for and is utter scum (presented to the UN by Russia as a “small arms expert”!!!). Agree on Patty. I don’t see how either of those things relate to SF though, unless it’s just an aside.
Ah it does in it’s hole. Western media reporting of gaza is outrageous but its because of history and the israeli lobby. Robert Fisk was big on pointing it out. Its even more noticeable now because of whats going on. I think it’s cynical enough from SF as its seen as an easy way of differentiating themselves from ffg and upping their moral voters, which is always difficult for them.
