The quota is 11627. John Mcguinness sits on 11513.
He’ll almost certainly have a decent surplus to redistribute after Doyles votes are redistributed. Very very open still.

Very difficult to know. If Mcguinness gets a good lump, who will benefit from his surplus? They’re all from Doyle so maybe Fitzgerald as Mcguinness and Fitzgerald are both Kilkenny city? An entertaining mess.
