Maybe you’re right and it’s somewhere in the middle.
Similar to the US (On a micro level) there’ll be people who won’t be vocal about who they’re voting for on the day.
The concocted story about the “riots” and the diversity involved in that knack looting event being swept under the couch is fortunate for the uni party.
The story about the “carers” tonight that was shockingly shared by RTE (who must be pissed with off with Harris - they ignore 90% of recent immigrant court cases as a rule) will piss people off as it’s not nice. Depends on how they did on the ground I guess and the lack of comprehension for a lot of voters about preferences, and being allowed to limit choices to 1/2 and not being obliged to rank from 1-12 etc.
My election model has O’Gorman just about holding his seat.

All of the Green possible holds are extremely marginal. At best they come back with 4 seats (Martin, O’Gorman, Smyth & Noonan). There is also a strong possibility that they come back with zero.
